100% Guaranteed Data Destruction
speed of light. You no more than upgrade your company's computers than you turn around and find they need to be replaced again. But what do you do with the data that's housed on the hard drives of the old computers and devices that you're discarding? How you deal with destroying the data is as imperative to the security of your business as a firewall or password, maybe even more so. After all, if someone is hacking your active computers there are measures one can take to detect the activity and stop it. But if someone gets a hold of your old computers they can extract information that's been left behind totally unchecked because no one’s looking. That won’t happen if you use the services of Highland Park Electronics Recycling.
One way to make sure that the information is obliterated is to physically destroy the hard drives. Highland Park Electronics Recycling does just that. We shred hard drives with special machines that leave them in thousands of tiny pieces. Not even the CIA or the kid next door (don't laugh - kids are often better hackers than the CIA) could get at it again. To paraphrase The Terminator: the data won't be back!
You have a choice of Highland Park Electronics Recycling coming to your site or having us take your hard drives back to our facility. If we come to you we bring self-contained trucks outfitted with a generator and shredding machines to destroy the hard drives as you supervise. Or we can take your devices back to our facility where they will remain under lock and key and monitored by closed circuit cameras from the time they arrive until the entire shredding process is completed. Highland Park Electronics Recycling then issues you a certificate of destruction to keep for your files.
"Zero Landfill" Policy
Hard drives are self-contained so pose no threat to the environment when shredded, but shredding the computer itself is ill advised as it can release toxins into the air. So Highland Park Electronics Recycling hand disassembles all electrical devices down to their components.
